Postdoctoral fellow at the Polytechnic School of USP – University of São Paulo, PhD in Police Sciences, Security and Public Order; Master Degree in Business Administration; Postgraduate and Graduate in Systems Analysis. He worked for approximately 20 years as a Helicopter and Airplane Pilot in the PMESP Airborne Patrol (helicopters “Águias”), where he was responsible for the creation of the MP Aviation School for the selection and training of police pilots.
He is currently a commercial airplane and helicopter pilot, an airplane and helicopter flight instructor, and an accredited element in the prevention of aircraft accidents. Member of the National Committee for the Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents at CENIPA (National Centre for Research and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents), from FAB. He started as a university professor, in 1990, being responsible for the following Coordination: Civil Aviation Upper Course coordinator, Postgraduate ”Latu Sensu” in flight security, in airport management and planning and a MBA – Civil Aviation Management.
