(His education comes from the University of Porto, Imperial College (London), Planning and Project Management, Bouygues Offshore Training Centre (Paris), Catholic University (Lisbon), TCN Academy (Utrecht).
He has 18 years of experience in the private sector, where he stands out for 10 years at Bouygues Offshore where he ascended the position of National Director. 3 years in Somague International where he ascended to Managing Director. 3 years at TCN where he was COO of the Group for Europe and CEO for Portugal. 1 year at AMM where he was General Manager of Companies in the international area of Energy, Environment, Eco construction, and Real Estate.
He founded Global Solutions, of which he became CEO in 2010. He has 5 years in the public sector in organizations such as Parque Expo where he was Coordinating Director of New Businesses, having created and been Administrator of 12 private public partnerships.
Was Advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Cities, Local Administration, and Regional Development in Portugal being responsible for the development of several projects (Cidade Administrativa, Velhos Guetos e Novas Centralidades, cidades Fronteira, Rota dos Castelos). Developed projects up to € 5bn in areas such as Oil, Energy, Utilities, Environment, Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Management.
The majority of the projects implemented were with solutions in Project Finance, through private public partnerships and resorting to unions with multilateral financial institutions.
